Cholpon works as a U.S. Department of Justice Accredited Representative for not-for-profit American Civic Association, recognized by Board of Immigration Appeals. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington. Before joining American Civic Association she was a visiting scholar at Columbia University in New York and University of Richmond, Richmond Virginia, the University of Edinburgh (Scotland).
We provide assistance in maneuvering through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms and procedures, Affidavits of Support, Naturalization Assistance, Petitions for Alien Relatives, Fiancé(e) Petitions, Permanent Resident (green card) issues & Reentry Permits, Consul & Visa information, Foreign Pension Assistance, Translation and Interpreter Assistance. Being an immigrant myself, my primary motivation is to seek justice and defend those who cannot help themselves. Our organization helps the wider community to understand, respect, and to value the people that we serve.
