Bridge is a Mentoring Program characterized by a one-to-one relationship where a skilled professional in a particular field of industry or organization (mentor), serves as a role model for a less experienced new immigrant (mentee). The mentor coaches, guides, counsels, encourages their mentee with the purpose of promoting the latter’s professional and/or personal development, while helping them integrate into the local workforce and professional arena.
